Please Welcome our newest “Doc” to Team Hanover in time for the New Year!

Dr. Shcherbelis knew he was passionate about animals from a very young age. He convinced his grandma to let him start horseback riding lessons when he was 5 and would continue to ride through college. 

He graduated with a bachelor of arts in psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada before attending St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in Grenada. After completing his studies, he moved to Georgia where he practiced in equine medicine for 1.5 years before transitioning to small animal medicine. 

His interests include internal medicine, dentistry, nutrition, and surgery. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and 2 dogs, Annie and Goose. They are Atlanta Falcons season ticket holders and have a goal of attending a game at every NFL stadium.
