Heather joined Team Hanover in January of 2014 as a kennel assistant, transitioning to technician assistant in 2015. She has an associate's degree from Cape Fear Community College. She has a special interest in animal behavior.

Heather has served every role in the hospital except veterinarian. She is our Lead Veterinary Technician Assistant and also our manager of all things inventory much to her demise!

She loves watching pets grow year after year and having the ability to assist their families in making educated choices to provide the best life possible for their pets.

Heather has a Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix named Bruno and he is a true Momma's boy. Bruno also (reluctantly) shares his family with his cat brother, Brussel Sprout and cat sister Bones. 

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, hiking and paddle boarding; sun burning at the beach is always an "unexpected" bonus.
