Jacob (or otherwise known as “Man Bun”) started with our team as a Kennel Assistant in summer of 2019 and due to COVID made the transition to Pet Handler, an assistant to our Tech Team. He loves taking care of your pets and especially enjoys time out in the yard with them when they are here visiting! He is learning all the tricks of the trade from our experienced Tech Team.

If the dog in his pic looks familiar it is because he is Rumor’s Big Brother and the son of our Hospital Manager Felicity. He has grown up inside a vet clinic and around animals his whole life, so naturally when he was ready for his first job this was the place for him!

Jacob is a recent Graduate of John T Hoggard High School and previously an avid Lacrosse and Rugby player. Jacob is currently studying in the Health Science Field at Cape Fear Community College. When Jacob is not practicing lacrosse with his brothers, playing, working, or studying, he enjoys naps with Rumor, playing video games or out and about with his brothers and buddies or girlfriend at the beach or downtown.
